Delicia Mark
Delicia is currently the Center Executive Director of Courtyard Nursing Care Center, a 223 skilled nursing facility located in Medford, MA. Delicia began her career in healthcare in 2006, where she has held many roles. Delicia has been a licensed administrator since 2014.
Delicia earned her Bachelor of Administration degree from Pace University and a Master of Organizational Behavior from University of Phoenix.
Joseph Levesque
Joe currently serves as the Director of Environment Of Care/Deputy Facilities Director for the Department of Public Health-Tewksbury Hospital. Prior to joining Tewksbury Hospital, Joe spent 29 years working at Mary Immaculate Nursing Home in Lawrence Ma. At Tewksbury Hospital Joe is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating all hospital programs which are responsible for the safety, security, and maintenance of its building occupants (patient, staff, visitors), systems (utility and operational), property and structures. Joe partners closely with the Director of Facilities to prioritize maintenance requests, assigning of work and managing staff to ensure a safe environment. Additionally, Joe functions as the Emergency Management Coordinator for protocols related to Safety, Hazardous Materials Management, Equipment/Utility management, Life Safety, and other environmental considerations.
