After working spending eight years as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army, Beth joined the HMCC full-time in 2017.

As part of the Municipal Collaboration team, Beth, the HMCC Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all grant programs and staff. She oversees all HMCC initiatives, including those that relate to the fiscal and administrative requirements of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP), Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) and Medical Reserve Corp (MRC) grant.

Prior to joining MAPC, Beth served as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army. Managed the maintenance readiness, logistical support, and mission command for the company. She prepared movement plans and load plans to support all task plans, modes of transportation, and ports of departure for rotational missions, deployment, retrograde, and redeployment missions. Beth was responsible for maintaining the current running estimates through the use of interoperable automation and communication systems; monitored the daily management functions acted as command and control element that coordinated and directed all incoming missions.

Beth graduated from Bridgewater State University in May 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in June 2017 with a master’s degree in Emergency Management.
