David Lacaillade is experienced in Emergency Management professionally. David has been involved in EMS since 1984, and held many positions in EMS as Nationally Registered Paramedic before moving to Hospital based Emergency Management. David has more than 16 years experience in EM, and has been with Northeast Hospital Corporation as the Emergency Manager/EMS Coordinator for Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital, Bayridge Hospital and Lahey Outpatient Center Danvers.

Paul Brennan is a nationally certified Paramedic and is the Immediate Past President of the International Association of EMS Chiefs, Washington D.C. where he previously served on the board of directors as President and Secretary. Currently, Paul is on the board of trustees of the National EMS Quality Alliance, is a board member on the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Medical Services Committee as well as the board of the Massachusetts State Emergency Medical Care Advisory Council (EMCAB). He is also the President of the Massachusetts Association of Hospital Operated Paramedic Systems. Since 1994, Paul has been the Director of Lawrence General Hospital’s Pre-Hospital EMS department. This hospital-based EMS system provides BLS emergency and non-emergency response as well as regional advanced life support services to four communities in urban and suburban settings. In addition to EMS, Paul is the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for Lawrence General Hospital. He has worked on numerous emergency management/preparedness initiatives including ASPR grant projects for EMS and hospital readiness. He serves as an evaluator for the Harvard School of Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Exercise Program and has provided private consulting for hospitals in emergency management and all hazards planning.

Bill Klag is an experienced Emergency Management professional as well as a nationally registered Paramedic with over 20 years of experience in the field. Mr. Klag graduated from Dutchess Community College, Poughkeepsie, New York in 1996 with an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts & Sciences and in 2011 graduated from Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Specialization Emergency Management. Bill currently serves as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator /EMS Coordinator for North Shore Medical Center and is an EMT-Paramedic, Field Training Officer with Cataldo Ambulance Atlantic Division. Bill also serves on the MA-1 DMAT (Federal Disaster Medical Assistance Team) as a Health Technician EMT-Paramedic.
