James Mannion received his BA in Geography with a specialization in Urban Planning from Clark University and received his MA in Public Administration from Framingham State University. He first started working for MEMA in 2002 as a Regional Planner in their Nuclear Preparedness Department. In 2009, he became MEMA’s SE Mass Regional Manager then in 2020 he was asked to also manage MEMA’s NE Mass Regional Office in Tewksbury.
